B.C.Miroku MK-38 Trap – Cal.12
Miroku offers one of the best shotguns & is more limited than other manufacturers due to its high durability & liability.
It is a Trap model with adjustable comb, 76cm barrels with F & IM fixed chokes, well executed scroll work on the action walls to make it significantly more attractive & supremely well finished. Single selective trigger with ejectors with a Beaver-tail forend.
It is also worth remarking here that Miroku are one of the very few firms that individually regulate each gun in time honoured fashion at the plates.
It is a like new shotgun, tested only for a couple of rounds & kept in mint condition except for some minor dents on the wood as seen in the pics.

Available in 71 & 76cm with 5 interchangeable chokes, single selective trigger with ejectors.
The fit and finish of these shotguns are excellent, and so are the features. The nicely proportioned actions are distinctly “rounded,” and have a full-length locking lug that emerges from below the standing breech to engage bites below the barrels.
The steel receiver of the B model has some of the most beautiful color-case hardening ever that is quite elegant with tasteful engraving.
Barrels are deep-drilled, a more expensive process, rather than hammer-forged. Fabarm says this creates less stress in the metal, and makes a better barrel. The entire barrel is a one long forcing cone. This is, of course, an application of the Venturi principle; reducing the diameter of a tube increases the velocity of a fluid (or in this case, shot) flowing through it.
All Elos B models receive the “normal” proof-test at the Italian National Proof House, but Fabarm requests an “over test” of an astounding 1,630 bars. This is a little over 23,600 psi, and about twice as high as SAAMI’s MAP.
These machines are worth every penny spent & are excellent value for your money.
